PCBA工艺工程师

岗位职责：

1、PCBA工艺流程策划，提供创新、高质量、成本适宜的制造服务，并通过所掌握技术专业知识带领公司相关职能部门共同进步；

2、通过与客户（内部和外部）就项目技术主题进行互动，展示有效的沟通（电话会议、电子邮件和面对面）；

3、展示中小型项目的完整 Plexus 制造流程的专业知识，因为这适用于他们的角色；

4、展示在制造流程的多个阶段/流程中独立工作的能力，无需导师或职能管理人员的指导，因为这适用于他们的角色；

5、根据适用于其角色的质量、行业标准和变更管理程序和指南，确保准确的技术项目文件/最新的区域/现场文件。

任职要求：

1、理工科本科或以上学历优先；

2、需要至少五年相关经验；

3、可以考虑足以成功履行关键工作职责的同等教育和经验组合；

4、能够使用CAM350或GC读取和检查PCB gerber文件，精通SMT钢网开孔设计、SMT回流焊托盘、分板夹具、波峰焊托盘和手工/机器人焊接夹具设计；

5、熟悉IPC610。

Key job responsibilities：

1. Develops Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy all stakeholder's (customer, manufacturing, material, agency, etc.) needs and requirements through an established area of technical expertise and mentorship of others within site as it applies to their role.

2. Demonstrates effective communications (teleconference, email, and in-person) through interaction with customers (internal and external) regarding project technical subject matter.

3. Demonstrates expertise in the full Plexus Manufacturing process Ｏn small to midsize projects, as it applies to their role.

4. Demonstrates the ability to work independently in multiple phases / processes of the Manufacturing Process, without direction from mentors or functional management, as it applies to their role.

5. Ensure accurate technical project documentation/ up to date regional/ site documentation in accordance with the quality, industrial standard and change management procedures and guidelines, as it applies to their role.

Qualification：

1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher is preferred.

2. Minimum Five (5) years of related experience is required.

3. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

4. Be able to use CAM350 or GC to read & check PCB gerber file, skilled at SMT stencil, SMT reflow pallet, de-pannel fixture, wave soldering pallet and hand/robotic soldering.

5. Be familiar with IPC610.
