岗位职责JD:
人事工作HR Duty
1、负责DL蓝领人员招聘;
Responsible for recruiting blue-collar workers .
2、负责员工入职相关事宜;(包括但不限于邮箱申请、资料核对、扫描归档、开通门禁、制作员工牌等)
Responsible for employee Onboarding-related matters; (including but not limited to email applications, data verification, scanning and archiving, access control setup, and employee ID production).
3、负责人员入职培训;
Responsible for new employee Onboarding training
4、 考勤数据的收集、汇总、管理工作,核对处理考勤数据异常,负责日常员工请假、销假、假期审核、假期统计管理;
Responsible for collecting, summarizing, and managing attendance data, verifying and handling attendance data anomalies, and managing daily employee leave, cancellation of leave, vacation approval, and vacation statistics.
5、拟订和完善公司的人事、行政制度(包括但不限于绩效考核方案、薪酬管理制度、厂区进出管理制度、奖惩制度等);
Drafting and refining the company’s personnel and administrative policies(Including but not limited to performance evaluation schemes, compensation management systems, factory entrance and exit management systems, reward and punishment systems, etc.).
行政工作:AD Duty
1、负责行政事务管理:包括但不限会议室管理、接待管理、车辆租赁、文件传递、快递管理、行政仓库、食堂管理、日常行政费用报销等管理工作;
Responsible for administrative affairs management, including but not limited to conference room management, reception management, vehicle rental, document delivery, courier management, administrative warehouse, cafeteria management, and daily administrative expense reimbursement.
2、配合公司重大会议、重要客户来访接待等活动的准备工作,协助企业文化建设工作,比如运行公司微信公众号;
Assist in the preparation for major company meetings, important client visits, and other events, and support corporate culture-building initiatives, such as managing the company’s WeChat official account.
3、 负责办公环境维护、绿化管理、清洁工、保安管理;组织开展公司安保、防疫工作,完善公司安全保卫系统、开展防疫工作,落实各项安全措施,预防安全事故发生,确保公司财务和员工的安全;

4、负责每月办公用品的订购及分发、常规办公用品清单更新、应急办公用品的采购。
Responsible for the monthly ordering and distribution of office supplies, updating the regular office supplies inventory, and purchasing emergency office supplies.

任职资格:
1、大专以上学历,5年左右工厂人事行政工作经验,有外企工作经验者优先;
college degree or above ,5 years of plant HR & Admin experience, work experience in foreign company preferred;
2、擅长写作,能熟练操作电脑办公软件,如WORD\PPT\EXCEL
Good at writing ,Strong computer skills like Word, Excel, PPT, etc;
3、基本的英文听、说、读、写能力;
