工作职责: 1. 向潜在客户介绍爱乐早教课程,通过开发新资源与挖掘旧资源,持续稳定地实现个人销售目标; 2.带领4-10人的课程顾问销售团队,实现由中心总监设定的每日、周期和月度销售目标,与上级、同事和学员建立密切的关系,以达成销售和服务目标; 3. 与中心总监合作,培养课程顾问为潜在客户设计合适课程的能力,最大程度地提高销售过程的效率; 4. 完善课程顾问的学员跟进数据库(CRM系统),确保达成学习目标; 5. 按时分析团队表现,在开发个人和企业客户方面以身作则; 6. 主持定期会议,提供销售培训,确保团队完成每日销售报告; 7. 有效组织课程顾问团队与班主任的定期、不定期沟通,确保对老客户资源的持续挖掘。 任职要求: 1. 工作地点:浙江省海宁市; 2. 大学专科或者以上学历; 3. 英文良好者为佳; 4. 三年以上销售或服务行业工作经验; 5. 喜欢孩子,并喜欢同孩子在一起的工作; 6. 具有亲和力、热情、有强烈的责任感,注重细节; 7. 良好的职业素养和服务意识。 Responsibilities: 1.
